So I have used many luthiers over my long career. These guys are meticulous with everything I have brought them. The attention to detail is incredible. Pops even fixed things I didn't even know about and even included them in the price I was first quoted. Honest Luthier, Hooray!

One word comes to mind: "Amazing." I had ordered a custom build from another builder. It was a mess, never in tune, and sounded horrible. I managed to get some money back, but it was a disappointing loss. I brought it to Canale Customs to see what they could do. He offered me two options: start from scratch or try to fix what I had. He felt so bad about what had happened that he built the guitar from scratch and used what he could for the mess. It was exactly what I was hoping for! The icing on the cake, his price was more than reasonable. You can tell they not only care about their builds or service, but also care about the player. I'll never try anyone else.
