From the time a guitar is put in the box. It's shipped from wherever it was made and has undergone significant temperature and humidity changes. Aside from being out of tune, you very likely have some swelling. This may result a bow or bend in the neck. We can take care of that

He loves to incorporate wood species other guitar makers run from. We use only responsibly sourced materials and reclaimed wood when we can find it.  We make

We use an excellent vendor that supplies original equipment, pots, and pickups. We also have a line of hand-wound pickups and aftermarket brands. 

There is a saying in the marine world: "You don't buy a boat; you buy the motor. "  The point here is that the Motor is the heart of the boat. In the Guitar world, you have the Pickups as the heart, the Pots as the liver, and wiring as the arteries.  I know strange analogy but, you get the point. Allow us to show you what we can do. We make Squires sound like a 60's Fender, An Epiphone sound like a Gibson, and we can even make a cheap guitar bought on Amazon sound like a guitar 6 times the price. 

I've had customers buy a build kit. These are fun and can be very rewarding. It can also become complicated. If you build one of these, bring it in and have us do the setup. It will save you a lot of frustration. We can also take care of the finish work. It can get messy. Nitrocellulose lacquer is fantastic. It breathes, expands, and reverberates. The sound can actually get better over time.  But, it is very toxic and requires some skill. Let us do the finished work, or we can show you how and provide video support. Remember, Sandpaper can fix almost any mistake.
