At Canale Customs, we have over 35 years of experience in fretted instrument repairs and builds. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to handle even the most complex repairs. Our apprentices gain experience alongside master builders.
Pop, as he is affectionately called, has been a woodworker since he was a kid. His love for music started with the Beatles. However, his passion was ignited at his first Dead show. He was trained alongside some of the most amazing master builders from the Taylors to Martian. He loves Doug Erwin and Steven Cripe. Using the true tools of the trade, his craftsmanship would make Doug and Steve proud.
While working as a guitar tech, he noticed that many production guitars were declining in quality. Three-year-old guitars with pots falling apart, poor-quality pickups, and unethically sourced materials. This is why we do what we do, quality instruments tailored to the player at a reasonable price
